A Neighbourhood Plan is the best way for a community to influence development decisions. Through this Plan we can influence locations, design, mix and type of new homes. We can protect important green spaces and unique village features, such as our glorious Fenland sky views. We can set priorities for infrastructure improvements and increase our CIL payment from 15% to 25%, meaning more investment in our village.
