This information was used to design the framework policies which form part of the Newborough & Borough Fen Draft Neighbourhood Plan, and supports residents' vision for the Parish.

Produced by AECOM, this report considers the type of housing requirements of the future for our area.
Green Spaces & Heritage Report
This is a list of green spaces and areas of importance that need to be protected as part of the Plan. It was drafted by Paul Cooper, of the Steering Group, in consultation with the City Council and there are specific criteria that must be met for inclusion.
Design Codes Report
This report, produced by AECOM, covers a number of considerations specific to Newborough & Borough Fen. From housing style, to landscape character, flood risk to historic assets. It's what makes the Parish unique and is key to maintaining the ethos of our Village, whilst considering elements such as flood risk and movement.
Views Assessment Report
This report identifies a number of Fenland Views to be protected, with rationale.
Consultants' Report
This report, produced by the Steering Group's specialist consultant Collective Community Planning, provides key information about the Parish including current housing provision and special characteristics that we may wish to include for development consideration or policies in our Plan.
